My complaint:
I ordered shoes for my son’s birthday on Thursday the 11th of January and paid next day delivery but on Friday the day they delivered my parcel I wasn’t home so they left it outside the door when I came home I could not find the parcel it’s not safe to leave it outside the door because I live in flats I don’t who took the parcel when I speak to Zara customer service they said the status said it’s been delivered so they won’t give me a refund
