I Have been requesting since January 2nd to return 5 items from order 53535240984 and have received no help from the customer service. Appalling.
Please send me the return label ASAP so I can return these items and be refunded. You are in breach of your purchase conditions. I will not hesitate to seek legal assistance to file a complaint.
