My complaint:
Zara recently started to offer a clothing repair service. On February 21. Using the shipping label they provided I sent them my Zara Leather Collection Brown Leather Joggers (value approximately €200) to repair the zipper pull tab. On February 22 they sent me an email saying they were unable to repair them (because they were Leather).
I asked them to refund the €20 that I had already paid for shipping and service and to of course return my pants Eventually they did refund the money but I am still waiting to get my pants back. The only way I’ve found to reach them has been thru Facebook messenger and I have been getting a runaround since February 22. They keep putting me off saying that they must review the case and escalate it to some other department. . But there seems to be nothing to review…I just would like my expensive leather pants back.
Suggested solution:
Sending back my pants or if they have a pair in stock send them. (however these are in high demand and sold out everywhere).
Other option full reimbursement (€200)
