My complaint:
on two occasions now have ordered the same dress in size 40 which they say they have stock of and now twice they have sent size 38. order 11401057312553.This is infuriating and time consuming.For goodness sake if you dont have the right size just say so dont just send any size.
I know i can send it back for credit no problem but its annoying and time consuming.Get onto zalando before I return this item and tell them i want compensation such as a free item on a voucher or whatever.Enough is enough please sort this out.

I have also the same problem i order size 36 and they gave me size 40. They should tell or notify if they dont have the size and now you cant wear the wrong size because its too big.
