My complaint:
I order the item and then send it back to them. After 15 days I had to contact them about that I did not receive any email and so on. My package is in a warehouse but they told me the bag was not inside the package. It was 1 item in the package and I pack that into a black plastic bag, I don´t know how it’s possible that it was not in the package, it seems that put cabbage into it. I don´t know. I don´t have the item, I don´t have money. It seems like somebody stole the things in your shop. I am so sorry but always have trouble with you. It’s not 5 dkk but 699dkk and we are talking about this case. Customer service 0 points. I have never seen the worst shop.
Suggested solution:
Send my money back and refund also my other orders!!
