My complaint:
I have placed an order on 27 October for the amount of 226 Euro. The payment went off my bank account but the order ation did not go throuigh/ I have been contacting Zalando for weeks to ask themt to return my money. Zalando ed that the payment was received and they do not have an order for the payment. As per the last call i would have my money returned within7 days but I am stilll waiting for my money/
