My complaint:
Hello. I ordered 2 items from Zalando. Both were unsuitable. I contacted them to request return. I was advised to put both items together in one return which I did. They acknowledged receipt of the items but have only refunded me for one item not 2. I have emailed over 13 times to try to secure the second refund. No success.
Suggested solution:
By refunding what they owe me.
