My complaint:
I have a problem with a returned package. This happened already on the 10th of May. I received a dress and returned it in the same day by post. The package is still on the warehouse and has not been processed by Zalando. I have been in contact with them but they say they can’t do nothing. This is not acceptable.
Suggested solution:
Give my money back.
Same here they are not making refunds so easy
