My complaint:
I payed a part of my order using the amount I still had in my account from gift cards. When I returned a part of the order worth more then the amount of the gift cards I still got an invoice to pay for the order. Zalando customer service now claims they can not do anything about this as it is just the new system. The client has the right to be able to pay an order using gift cards.
On top of this there is no way to see in what way they calculate this whole thing.
Suggested solution:
use the account balance to pay for the invoice
