My complaint:
I purchased a reindeer last November and paid for it but never reieved it they sent the first one to California the second went to New Jersey have written numerous times with no response now they won’t accept my writing them for answers I told them I want my money back and even added my mailing address
Suggested solution:
Refund my money because they can't or won't deliver my package
