My complaint:
I have bought a Christmas tree last December the 15 and the product was delivered to someone else, so I have made a complaint and they said that they would send another one. And then it happened again . Now they don’t even accept my emails. Order No:86DOS-717JP03 $49.99
Suggested solution:
Having in consideration that they haven't been able to deliver the product for 2 times, in a period of 8 months, now I just want mi refund.
