My complaint:
I ordered a productfrom facebook in October 2022. They advised it had been delivered. I told them it had been delivered to an address in Beau Desert which is in a completely different state. I requested a refund many many times but they refused. They told me they would send another one. I asked them which address they were sending it to. They provided the correct address. I asked them many times for the logistic company contact details so I could communicate with them. They were never provided. When I logged into the tracking of the second delivery it said it had been delivered safely however again it was not my address and it was in a different state. When I sent them a screenshot of the incorrect address. They again told me it was on its way. This has been ongoing for almost a year and now it appears that the email address I have been communicating with no longer exists.
