My complaint:
I had made a purchase back in 2022 which I paid for. Months later I contacted them to say I had not received the item and that I would like a refund. They wanted a lot of information about the product which I gave them but still no item and still no refund. I have recently emailed and told them I will be going to the authorities if I do not receive the goods or refund.
Suggested solution:
Either send me the item I payed for or refund me my money it’s not that hard!
