My complaint:
I purchased a Xmas calendar from Z Mastermine on 1 November 2022. I have tried 18 times to have this package delivered and have received excuse after excuse with a promise to resend.
I have requested a refund as I do not believe the package will ever arive.
I now find that the email is blocked.
I would like a refund.
Suggested solution:
They should refund my money that I paid in November 2022.
