My complaint:
In Nov. 14, 2022 and Nov.15,2022, I have received from you a ation for the 2 orders mentioned above.
So far I have not received these orders and from your Service Dep. I got several answers with apologies and promises that I will get the items, but I have to wait.
The waiting time , has far gone and now I cannot even get through this Service Department, as my Mails are no longer accepted!
I ask, if this is the way you treat your customers that had TRUST in your offers and paid the amount asked, but didn’t get the merchandise?
Please let m know what your intentions are or, send me back the Payments I made!

Suggested solution:
I have mentioned in my description above the Solution: Either I will finally get my order, as I would like to have it, or to send me back my Payment. But, I must mentioned that I have recommended you to many of my friends and some of them got the same problem of not being delivered the Orders after payment!!!
