My complaint:
I ordered the French cookware on November 13, 2022 with my correct address. They said it was delivered to a post office in Salt Lake City Utah. I have sent email, however they’re just giving me the run around about refunding my money back.
Suggested solution:
Send me my money back just like I asked for it
