My complaint:
Ordered a Xmas tree November last year. Emails back and forward saying I had recieved package them blaming the distribution company. Asked multiple times for a refund and told to be patient with them. Last week they offered a new distribution company by air and money off coupons and told to wait 7 working days for new tracking, emailed regarding new tracking number no my emails are being returned undelivered 😡
