Z MASTERMINE PTE complaint: Order not delivered

My complaint:

I ordered a large Tent, paid online with Visa, and never received the merchandise.

I have an Order
I have a Receipt

But I do not have the Tent I paid for.

Suggested solution:

Send me the Tent or Refund my money.
