My complaint:
My brother ordered 2 suitcases from this company November 15th, and today is January 26th. I have been helping my brother to find out where they were. I was told 7 days 4 different times, and I was told to please give them 7 days. Even today I was told that same thing along with it would arrive in 15 days. My brother will be on his vacation by then. Oh and my brother got an email about 2 weeks ago with a tracking number. This should that the items were sent to a town in Illinois. We were told then that would get that rerouted right away, and to use the same tracking number.
Every email I sent I asked precise questions and they have not answered any.
Suggested solution:
A refund immediately. I told them that with no response.
