My complaint:
Order on Oct 29, 2022, 10:15:25 AM for $36.99. The amount had been transferred from my account. I had a delivery number and after a a while the tracking of package show an address other than my home in Thailand. After a few days, I chat with dealer and they asked me to look after the parcel. I can’t do it because it was far from my city. ,The dealer told me to send again my address and start to send again a parcel (with same delivery number). After that I tracked parfel, showing every week that parcel don’t came. And one timeparcel started from China and was sent ….. to another wrong address. Now I try to send another email but this was shown as bad request (email address don’t anymore exist ??). SO now after near by 9 month I am really upset, asking platform to give back my money, but I was told as it’s a small shop they can’t do it.
Suggested solution:
Give back money ..............................
