My complaint:
Paid for my item in November 2022, have emailed service@zmasterminepte.com, since February this year with several excuses, even telling me the parcel was delivered to an address in Dandenong, Victoria, Australia, I live in Sydney, NSW, Australia some 1000klms from Dandenong.
emailed 23/2. 24/2, 27/2. 14/4, 15/4, 28/4, 13/6, 14/6, 28/6, 29/6, 30/6, 1/7, and 1/8 all this year. I have repeated been told to be patient, well I think 9 months is being more than patient.
I have also asked for refund that this has been refused.
Are you a legitimate company, or thieves?
I have a receipt 1348-1116, for $47.99 paid on my credit card on 5th November, I need an answer NOW, or a refund.
