My complaint:
I purchased a village Christmas Tree last Nov. They keep sending me tracking numbers which always end up to be delivered in a different city. They keep blaming it on the distribution center. I have repeatedly requested my money back but they keep saying we will send you another one which I know is a bunch of crap. I’m so fed up with this. I want my money back.
Suggested solution:
Give me my money back!!!!!!
