My complaint:
I had purchased an item from this company.
It took some time to reach and when it did it showed that it was delivered to a town over an hour away from me. When inquiring about this, they asked me to the delivery address and when it didn’t match they offered only to reship. When I checked in to see about the shipment the person emailing back seemed to be unaware asking me basic questions as if the entire thread of emails wasn’t there to look over.
This was purchased at the end of Oct 2022 and never received. Refund impossible as it was sent out. Delivered to God knows where and they could care less.
I kept going back and forth with them, telling them I’d sue them or going to the Chinese ambassador for assistance, but it went cold after a time. Any efforts of trying to contact them came up with a new person I’d have to explain it all to again.
Suggested solution:
Full refund back.
