My complaint:
I ordered storage containers in Oct of last year. I never got them. I have over 60 emails back and forth with them. I kept asking for a refund for non delivery. They kept making excuses after excuses. I even told them it was not stolen ( I have outdoor cameras) The haven’t responded back to me in 1 1/2 months
Suggested solution:
A refund check. I had to cancel my card that I paid with.
