My complaint:
I received a delivered notice but never received the package.
I contacted Yodel tracking and was told that the package had been delivered to a greenhouse at my location – I DONT have a greenhouse.
It is impossible to get a sensible answer via their Chatline and i was told that the issue was between my supplier and Yodel and I could not claim compensation for Yodel’s failure to correctly deliver my package.
Their Customer Service phone number just takes you round in circles with their yesno questions ?
it is impossible to speak to anyone at Yodel
Their reviews are horrendous, I don’t see why anyone would choose to use them ??
Suggested solution:
Deliver my package or pay me compensation for its loss !!
