My complaint:

I received an email that my order from YOURS is on the way. I tried to track where the order is because i need the order and paid for quick delivery. I got another email saying it has been delivered.
I have not received the order and then i tried to use the long tracking number on the email and its telling me my post code is wrong. I definitely know my post code.
The tracking number is JD0002230477604353 its saying sorry that post code does not match our records, please try again. I need you to please respond and advise me when i am getting my parcel and also to ensure you have the correct address which is 257 Ladlands house, Overhill road London SE22 0PU

i NEED TO KNOW WHEN MY PARCEL FROM YOURS CLOTHING IS ARRIVING TO MY HOME ADDRESS WHICH IS CORRECT AND YOUR EMAIL IS TELLING ME OTHERWISE
