XPO Logistics complaint: Delivery not made and the driver lied

My complaint:

XPO send several notices I would receive a call from them 30 minutes prior to delivery. I was moving into my home and coordinated with my movers that once I received the call they would leave so XPO could make the delivery. I held my phone for four hours waiting for the call. Around 11:20 on 9152022 the movers and I saw the truck approach the driveway (the home is on a busy road) and park for a minute in a left turn lane then drive away. I called to track the package and was told the driver reported that I was not home and that I didn’t have proper documentation. Now the items are being returned the the hub and I will have to wait several days to get my items which happen to be a washer and dryer. I called customer service and they offered no solutions. XPO can burn in Hell.

Suggested solution:

Put my items on a truck and deliver them 9162022
