My complaint:

I ordered a gas stove from Sam’s Club and paid for deliver, installation, and haul-away, to be handled by XPO Logistics. Delivery date, install, haul-away date set for 9162022. On 9152022, I contacted XPO and ed it was a gas stove and needed to be installed. Stove delivered 9162022. No gas connection kit included. They left the stove in my living room. Was told I needed to schedule the install and haul away. Got a text that my service was now scheduled for Wednesday, 9212022. On Tuesday, 9202022, I called XPO to time. Was told earliest install date was 1042022. I asked to escalation the situation. I cannot have an uninstalled stove sitting in my living room for 2.5 weeks when it was XPO’s fault. I have called 3 times to try to get it handled, but they do nothing. This is unacceptable.

Suggested solution:

Install my gas rangestove immediately.
