My complaint:
I recently went through a terrible ordeal with Samsung while purchasing major appliances. I ended up double ordering 4 appliances as instructed by their customer service representative. XPO was tthe company they chose too deliver these items. I contacted XPO 82522 to request copies of documents they said they had showing that Samsung had received the returned items so I can get a refund. The XPO rep told me they were not allowed too release that information by email or snail mail. When I asked her for a customer complaint link, she said she would fill out the complint for me. I have not received a verification that this was done. I need those documents to get Samsung to release my funds.
Suggested solution:
Email or sennd the documents showing that all items have been returned to Samsung.
