My complaint:

I work 10am-8pm When I was near the xfinity store I took my lunch hour to get a tv box for another room in my house. The girl that waited on my asked me 3 times about renewing my account when it was not due for 4 months. I asked her why she kep0t asking me that I just wanted to pick up the device. She was white with long black hair. Than a tall man walked behind her and said renew your account. I said why are you asking this 4 times. She gave me the device and it was the wrong one that takes cable wires instead of internet one. She did not check my account to see what I had at my house or what I needed all she cared about was getting a commission from renewing an account that should not be renewed for 4 months.

Suggested solution:

Customer service at this store gives equipment out that does not go to their units or contracts, they need to focus on the customers need and the correct equipment that is needed. They are rude and pushy did not care about the inconvenience that they cause other people. There is no customer service at all with this kind of behavior toward people. The company knows who she is, she assigned the equipt to my account and she needs to be reprehended in her employee file. Acct 8155 6003 7168 7370
