Xfinity complaint: TV’s have been out for seven days

My complaint:

All TVs in house has been out for 7 days. Xfinity called on day 5 and preformed inhouse test that could not fix problem. They would not send Tec to house to test outside because of 14 day wait period due to someone had been in the house with Covid. They would not have violated their policy by working outside. It will be a total of 10 days at best for loss of TVs.
Xfinity does not care about customers. We have been with Xfinity for over 30 years but that is about to change!!!

Suggested solution:

Should have had Tec work outside wiring to verify problem.
