My complaint:
On 06062020 I signup wth ComCast for the 220 chanel 4 boxs with dvers modem,netflex,showtime,stars,movie channel,phone,internet 2year contract total $175.00 plus tax about $15.00,Cel Phone $1.99 plus tax about $12.00.I received the movie channel for I day no one could explaine it or get it to work no credit or a adjustment to contract price.I moved on 09012021 in that time frame They have been to my home at least 7 times and I do not know how many times I have called them. Every time I call to speak to a real person their automated system keeps going back to the start It has taken as long as 15 minutes to get a real person on the phone and they can not answer my questions.My latesed bill $240.80 along way from $190.00 no one has a answer.After about 9mon.to year they cannceled stars and added screen pix they stated it had better progams not true.no credit for the dowen grade.Being a business owner I would be OUT of business They are the worst Can tell the Truth You can not file a class action suit against them but every one can file a small claim suit against them in colorado they can not use a attorny unless you agree to it then you can use one allso I belive that if everyone that is having billing problems with them they will try to solve them and clean up their customer service problems and remove Tom ? the head of customer service he has no idea what customer service is I would like to see his work history of on hands on experience in customer service not his made up resume.I hope at least 10 per cent of all complaints do this and then they might try to do something about the horrible customer service by having to answer the suits and going to court.
Suggested solution:
Resolve my biling isses along with the contract problems reimburse me for all of my time having to leave work to meet the service pepole at least 7 times at my hourly rate of $150.00 per hr $1050.00
