My complaint:

The last time I negotiated my contract was in 2018.  I was told that my bill would no go up again and there would be no need to call, fight and argue, or threaten to cancel.. I would just continue to pay my bill.  After several months of paying without thinking much, I looked at my bill to find out it went up by a ton.  I called in and was told that I would get a $80 credit.   This started with this reference I have raised a ticket with loyalty team and added notes for accounts team to reverse $80 and it would reflect in your next bill, CR016094369 is your ticket number, please call 18009346489 after 30 minutes so loyalty team can verify the account holder for security reasons. In reference to CR016094369 your bill will be reduced and $80 will be credited.
Well I called in and guess what… nope. nada… then I was told that I had a $200 gift card… sweeet but hey I am moving… oops sorry that  would not transfer due to moving 30 mins away but over the state line..  On chat the rep said I would receive a $100 gift card for moving but had to complete the form within 30 days of the chat but within 10 days.  My settlement date moved so this will not work.  When I called in, I was told that I am out the $200 gift card and will not be getting any help with the moving the $100 gift card…. I was told management doesnt see a reason to give you anything..
Well… i guess ten years of paying ahead and being a good customer.. ok gotcha.
I have been a customer for over ten years.  I always pay ahead.  I never miss a payment.  I am the absolute ideal customer.  Ive had credit on my account as high as $200 due to just being ahead.    I have spent hours and hours now with your agents trying to resolve this really small issue….  Its really now about principle and not $80 to $100.  my hourly rate at work is higher than this…
I am this point considering just going with Tmobile home internet and quitting comcast… after ten years.  Wow.  Customer service big fail.

WHat do I think you should do?
Transfer the $200 to my new account… as a bill credit… just sounds like a no brainer.
