My complaint:

plastic underground surround and plastic lid to protect connection delivering service to next door neighbor has been destroyed! I have called several times this past week for service to fix these problems before it causes a risk of personal injury. Jay with ticket 0539017733, Rose with 0539014933 and Jub 053927413 with times for this to be corrected,

Suggested solution:

Replace the damaged equipment before someone breaks a leg
