My complaint:

Because of the exploits of Mike Thomas, I have begun to cancel all services I now have through Xfinity. I canceled my alarm service, Xfinity Home, specifically because of Mike Thomas and his lies, bullying, extortionist and thuggish ways. To prove a point. After I canceled my Xfinity home, I needed to return the equipment. I live in Southaven, when I walked into the Olive Branch store, mike was at the guessed counter. I gave him the equipment to return, and he refused to except it. He told me I had to drive 22 miles into Memphis to return the equipment. I told him I was not doing that, I left the equipment on the counter and walked out. The security guard witnessed everything. Why is he still employed there after everything he took me through, are you kidding me? My name, Kevin Dickerson. 662-420-3022. Keeping employees like him lets me know you don’t give a damn about your company, and I want no part of a company that has employees like him. See previous complaint.

Suggested solution:

There is no resolution now. Only me canceling my internet service then my mobile service. I assure you all my followers are going to know the kind of employees you approve of. I am the author of Jesus Revelations the end Times and me. All my followers are going to know about Xfinity's approved foolishness.
