My complaint:

On May 9: 2022 there was an outage at 8017 Gray Haven Rd, Baltimore Md. it was only supposed to be fir two hours.
Ending at 8:30 a.m. instead the outage remained throughout the day. Xfinity sent me numerous messages throughout the day that the service was restore, it was not. I contacted xfinity multiple time during the day. I finally got someone around 9:30 p.m. to schedule an appointment for today. The appointment was scheduled for 4:30 p.m the service representative was instructed to contact me prior to arrival. I spoke to a supervisor on 51022 and was reassured that the service technician would be at my home at 4:30. The service technician came to my house around 3:30 without contacting me. His dispatcher phoned me to inform me that the technician was at my home an hour prior to the previously scheduled and ed appointment. I informed him that the technician was to be there at exactly 4:30 p.m. as promised by the xfinity supervisor. He , the dispatcher told me I had only ten minutes to get to my home, I informed him that the appointment was ed by xfinity for 4:30 , the dispatcher told the technician to leave. I then called xfinity back again, I informed them that they had assured me that the technician would have been there at 430 however they lied. I was on the phone with them for almost a half hour insisting that they honor their commitment and have the technician return to my home at 430. That supervisor told me it was not going to happen and that their technicians got off at 430. He then made an appointment for 51122 at 10 am. This is totaly unacceptable. The actions of your dispatcher NOT following the instruction he was given and the actions of the supervisor NOT having the technician return to my home is deplorable. I am totally fed up with the incompetence of your employees. These actions are not acceptable. How dare you disregard a customer as you did today. Unacceptable. You are to contact me with a resolution .

I am pissed beyond belief at the conduct of xfinity employees.

Suggested solution:

Hiw should you resolve my complaint….the absolute nerve of you people promising to honor a commitment and failing miserable. My solution FIRE the dispatcher who failed to read and honor the instructions that were provided to him .I am disgusted beyond belief.
