Xfinity complaint: Assault Horrible customer service customer safty.

My complaint:

case 220408757026 Employee Mike Thompson MTHOMP015. Mike lied to me repeatedly and on the computer about my situation involving my galaxy Z flip3, which has resulted in me having to pay for to brand new phones when one of them was a replacement phone for the one bad from the factory, but he also attempted to assault me in store and would have done so if it were not for another manager getting between him and myself. He chased me out of the store.

Suggested solution:

Terminate him for customer safety, for his inability to perform his job without being a liability to the company and remove one of the phones from my account. Then compensate me for all the things listed in the case number above.
