My complaint:
I would always get customer service from an overseas person. I could ask for a person in the U.S. Now I can’t do that. They tell me I can only get a person overseas. They speak poor English and I spend a part of my time repeating my self or having them repeat. I can’t speak to a technician because they claim the customer service rep is a technician. Due to a certain problem, they sent a technician out to my home. He claims to have 5 years experience. He couldn’t answer half my questions. Xfinity ignores my complaints and I am very angry and upset with their service.
Suggested solution:
They should have more customer service people in the U.S. and have a choice to speak to a real technician on the phone.
