My complaint:
1) I have repeatedly tried to contact Xfinity about:
a) Interenet constantly dropping out
b) Trying to cancel my TV portion of my account since I don’t watch TV
2) There are no phone numbers to talk to customer support
3) There is no option on their BADLY DESIGNED WEBSITE to delete my TV subscription.
4) The Customer support is non-existent and Xfinity Brand is A JOKE!
Suggested solution:
Hire people to answer the phone. Hire people to monitor their network and FIX THE OUTAGES without 2 hours of phone games jumping between menus. FIX THEIR SERVICE!
