My complaint:

This is an ongoing situation. I kept repeatedly had discuss and verbal discuss this situation with so many of xfinity CSR. Not one CSR not verbally acknowledged and comprehend about situation. I guess I have to put in writing. I hope this time your company can understand this situation and resolve the issues. I had a new phone sent to my house because the phone I purchase at the xfinity store was having issue. I was on the phone with a CSR whom had help me activated the new phone. The new phone had no document of a RETURN SHIPPING LABEL, I was assure to CSR will mail me a return shipping label. Days had passed by and no label was mail to me. From June to the time money had draft out of my account. I’ve been getting run around.

Suggested solution:

How to resolve this situation, I need a professional manager that can comprehend this situation. Acknowledged this situation can would not had happen if we have the right and adequate CSR to took care of my services from the begin. Now money had been draft out of my account and phone had been return to the company. All I hear is just bunch of excuses of this should be return process timely matter' and the blame is on the customer. If I had the return shipping label at the same time I had my replacement phone. I could had the return phone sent back the next day, my account would not be draft out at all.
I NEED my Money BACK!!
