My complaint:
I shifted my xfinity connection from 2509 Cedar Tree Dr Apt 2B Wilmington 19810 to 8323 Society Drive Claymont DE 19703 on 06012022. After setting up my connection I called xfinity help center to give me benefit of Lifeline support. All the details as asked were provided but no benefit was given. Thereafter I went to xfinity office at Wilmington on 7282022 lodged a complaint. They said everything has been fixed but again no benefit was given. I again went to xfinity office on 8202022 and lodged a complaint but my latest bill shows no benefits. I have been charged for June, July and August @ $29.95 per month. My phone number on record is 3312504315. Completed the online application many times. Did it even today.
