My complaint:
I paid £969 for Wren to supply 28m of strip lighting and connections to fit underneath my new kitchen work top and plinths The Wren installer sated that the strip lighting would not look right if fitted on the plinth due to the make of the dish washer so he charged me extra to fit bullet light LED bulbs in place of the strip lighting on the plinth
He actually used with off cuts 8m of strip lighting When i Challenged Wren on this they wanted the excess lighting back the installer had not left the lighting with me and when I challenged him he had no idea what has happened to it
He has either taken it for future use or thrown it away Wren wont refund me without the unused lighting in effect 8m of strip lighting has cost me nearly £1000 disgusting of Wren to rip off people like this
