My complaint:
15 out of 17 kitchen doors damaged, carcasses dented, paint chips and paint marks all over nearly every item of the kitchen. This includes some of the replacement doors that I requested due to poor quality on the first lot. 29 pictures of the damage to the kitchen and customer service are offering me 20% discount of the doors.
Suggested solution:
Money back, replacement kitchen and not having to pay to get it fitted again!
