My complaint:
My kitchen is unfinished after week 1 as there was damage on the edge of a worktop. This new worktop arrived today but customer services knew this delivery wouldn’t arrive until Monday since last Wednesday when it was reported.
I have been given lies and fobbed off since last week re having my kitchen completed. I still have no idea when things will get sorted.
In the mean time I have no hob to use and no hot water in the kitchen. This is all making my life very difficult and the lack of sorting it is mind blowing! No one bothers to ring back despite promises to do so. I am an elderly carer on top of everything else.
Suggested solution:
Find a fitter and give me a completion date and then offer me some goodwill gesture for the inconvenience and expense of constantly having to ring customer services!
