My complaint:
Bought a kitchen from Wren Kitchens, 22 months later the laminated doors have begun to peel. Did some research, found out it’s systemic. Made a complaint, they offered replacement doors. I refused. They offered replacement doors, plus fitting. I refused. They offered replacement doors, plinths, side panels etc.
They know it’s a manufactures fault, they have known for years. This is bad!
Suggested solution:
Refund my kitchen so I can go to Magnet and purchase quality, longevity and aesthetic integrity!
