My complaint:

I have a wren kitchen that cost me over 20k it’s 4 yrs into a 25 yr warranty and we had noticed that it was becoming a chewing gum colour, we filed complaints to wren and they have replaced some of the frontals but I still have many other panels that are incorrect colour, I purchased a brilliant white kitchen and now I have chewing gum colour panels we have been messed about for 3 months trying to sort this.

One day the case manager tells you one thing then on another day he tells you something different even to the point he told me they no longer make the colour I have and would have to go back into a wren store to choose a different kitchen, it’s just a total joke and unprofessional from a big company, you can see the colour difference on the picture provided but he is saying that it’s acceptable I would never recommend anyone to purchase from them as the customer service is poor and don’t want to rectify my issues even though I have a 25 yr warranty on the kitchen.

I even had a installations manager come and look at my kitchen when I first raised case and he said it’s due to no uv die protection in the paint so as far as Iam concerned they have admitted there is an issue and there must be lots of people out there with same issue, I was informed I would get all payments covered to fit the frontals that have been supplied and I’ve received nothing and I would get compensation due to disruption of having this issue and yet again nothing.

I was left without a door for the Christmas period due to them unable to supply screws

Suggested solution:

The company needs to supply me the correct panels to sort out my kitchen pay the bills that I’ve had to pay and pay compensation for the disruption to having my kitchen dismantled and refitted

Same kitchen, same problem. I was told it classed as ‘wear and tear’, which I have firmly objected to. They are seemingly sticking to this as their answer. Mine is 7 years old, and I don’t think it’s acceptable to change colour.
