My complaint:
I bought theatre tickets and stay in London, based on 2 sharing. Hotel asked to buy another voucher same price as it wasn’t based on 2 sharing. I asked for refund. Wowcher didn’t refund and put in wallet credit and each time I chose something to buy, wowcher deal doesn’t accept wallet credit and all of a sudden it’s gone to zero. I lost £139.99p. I wanted to make complainant. Now no body replying to what’s app messages.
Suggested solution:
They need to refund me.
