My complaint:
ordered black air cooler but a white one was delivered. Had to use it as it was bought specifically for the last 2 days where it has been excessively hot. When I originally bought the item, a price was given which is what I thought I would pay, I paid for it via paypal only then after it had been paid and had the voucher that it asked for an extra £9.99 for delivery, i have contacted Wowcher via Wassap, it took 2 days to actually get to a person, who said he would refund the £9.99 but only to my Wowcher wallet. I rarely use wowcher so it will just sit there, he said he cannot pay it back to me.
Suggested solution:
tell me why they delivered the wrong one in the first place, I cannot send it back as it is now used, so I would like the discount promised of £10 paid to my paypal account and not to the wowcher wallet as it wont get used so will not benefit me.
