My complaint:
I asked for a refund on a purchase that cost £9.99 which I got ,but I didn’t get a refund of the delivery charge of £4.99 .Since I didn’t get the order delivered I think I should get the delivery charge refunded as well.Can you tell me why I didn’t get a refund?
