My complaint:
I bought a voucher from them for a bed. Within a day I realized I no longer want bed or the voucher. The bed hasn’t been delivered and I asked for a refund. I didn’t receive a refund and Wowcher are so disgusting they aren’t even responding to my emails. This is almost 300 pounds. All I want is a refund for a product I don’t even have and don’t want.
Suggested solution:
I just want a full refund
